We’re based in the UK but work with a trusted network of print labs around the world so your order is printed as close to you as possible. It’s faster, greener, and keeps shipping costs down.

Print Quality & Sustainability
How are the prints made?
Our art is printed using giclée-quality 12-color inkjet technology. Think gallery-level richness and color depth that blows standard 4-color prints out of the water. The finish is matte and glare-free, so every detail shines without reflections.
What kind of paper do you use?
We print on premium 200 gsm (80 lb) matte paper with a smooth, museum-like texture. It’s thick, sturdy, and just the right weight for framing or hanging solo. Our papers are acid-free and FSC-certified whenever possible.
What materials are your frames and hangers made from?
Our frames are crafted with care from natural materials:
- Classic wood frames & hangers: Natural pine
- Premium black & white frames: Ash wood
- Premium natural frames: Oak wood
- Metal frames: Sleek, modern aluminum
Every frame includes protective plexiglass and arrives ready to hang, with a sawtooth hanger or wire, depending on size and region. (Psst… there’s a thin plastic film over the plexi during shipping, just peel it off.)
Do you use eco-conscious materials?
Yes. Wherever possible, we use responsibly sourced wood, FSC-certified paper, and local production labs to cut down on waste and unnecessary transport. It’s better for the planet and gets to you faster.
Packaging
How will my print be packaged?
We package thoughtfully based on size and destination to protect your order in transit:
- Prints up to A4: Shipped flat in a protective envelope
- Larger prints: Rolled in sturdy tubes
- Extra protection: Some tubes include shipping roll guards
Each method is designed to ensure your artwork arrives fresh, crisp, and crease-free.
Orders
What happens after I place an order?
Once your order’s in, we send it to the print studio right away. Everything is made-to-order to reduce waste, and over 80% of our prints are produced and shipped within 24–48 hours. No stock sitting around, just fresh art made just for you.
Can I track my order?
Absolutely. You’ll get a shipping confirmation with tracking details once it leaves the studio.
What if my order arrives damaged?
We’re so sorry your print didn’t arrive in perfect shape. If your order was damaged in transit, please email us at hello@theprintsbakery.com with a photo of the damage and your order number. We’ll happily send you a replacement or issue a refund—whichever you prefer.
Can I cancel or change my order?
Once production starts, we can’t always make changes. But email us at hello@theprintsbakery.com as soon as possible and we’ll do our best to help. If you need to update your shipping address, please include your full new address and order number.

Where do you ship?
Right now, we only ship to the USA and the UK. We’re keeping things local so we can offer the best quality, reliable timelines, and focused service while we grow.

How long does shipping take?
Estimated delivery times (after production):
- USA: 2–5 business days
- UK: 2–5 business days
Please note: All of our prints are made to order, and most ship out within 48 hours of your purchase. These timeframes are estimates—during holidays or busy seasons, shipping may take a bit longer. Thanks for your patience!
Will I be charged customs or import fees?
Nope. Orders to the USA and UK are produced and shipped locally, so there are no customs, duties, or surprise import fees to worry about.
